Tranquil location surrounded by nature

had a wonderful stay in the superior king room! the clawfoot tub was such a nice touch, and the breakfast was amazin! staff were super friendly and went outta their way to help us! loved the location as it was easy to walk around tunbridge wells, and the surroundings were beautiful. would definitely come back and check out dinner next time!

the pillows were a lil too hard for my taste. maybe some blackout blinds in the room would be helpful too.

I had a decent one-night stay. The room was comfortable, but the staff seemed overwhelmed during my late check-in. The decor is lovely, yet poorly maintained. Future guests might want to clarify the bed size beforehand as the advertised double room felt smaller than expected.

The location was great, right near the center of Tunbridge Wells, making exploring easy. A few things could use improvement, like the parking situation which felt a bit limited, especially with the bustling restaurant crowd. The pillows could have been softer for a more restful sleep, and blackout blinds would help with the bright outdoor lights filtering through the window at night. these minor issues didn’t overshadow my enjoyable stay.

A feather pillow preference wasn't accommodated.

Absolutely loved the breakfast—totally massive and quite the treat, showcasing the finest local ingredients! Plus, the vibe in the Conservatory was just lush, soaking up the autumn views. The staff here were like a breath of fresh air, giving us a cheeky glass of fizz for my birthday. Just perfect!

It was just an optimal selection for a little getaway in Royal Tunbridge Wells with definitely value for money. The staff were very good in providing us with cereals, toast & coffee when we missed the cooked breakfast. Always check the breakfast times before heading down.
